Finished fifth overall in the Southern Conference Championships (April 20-21) in the 800-meter race with a time of 2:13.03 to earn UNCG four team points … Posted a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:13.01 in the SoCon Championship preliminaries to advance to the finals … Owns the top three UNCG times in both the 400-meter and 800-meter races … Set a personal-record in the 400-meter race at the High Point VertKlasse Meet (March 22-23) with a  time of 58.11 … Posted a new career-best in the 1,500-meter race with a  time of 4:50.24 at the Wake Forest Open (March 15-16).

2012-13 Indoor Track
Posted a career-best time of 5:17.69 in the mile run at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 8-9) … Notched the Spartans’ top time in the 800-meter distance with a 2:19.20 showing at the Wake Forest Invitational (Jan. 19) … Placed fifth in her heat at the Southern Conference Championships (Feb. 23-24) in the 800-meter race at 2:23.40 … Part of the distance medley relay team that a facility record at the JDL Fast Track during the Hilton Garden Invitational (Feb. 2) with a time of 12:14.22, winning by over 23 seconds.

2012 Cross Country
Recorded a season-best time of 20:02.09 in the 5,000-meter distance at the Southern Conference Championships (Oct. 27) to place 66^th overall … Turned in a career-best time of 24:32.63 in the 6,000-meter race at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 9) … Placed 13^th at the Elon Invitational (Sept. 15) with a time of 20:26 … Recorded a 224^th place finish at the Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13).

2012 Outdoor Track
Began the season with a personal best time of 4:59.10 in the 1,500m at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational to finish 14^th overall (Mar 10) … Broke her previous personal record in the 800 meters by over four seconds with a time of 2:15.18 at the Wake Forest Open , finishing 9^th (Mar 9) … earned Academic All-Conference honors ... SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

2011-12 Indoor Track
Clocked a 5:28.43 in the mile run to finish 15^th in a field of over thirty runners at the Fast Track Invite (Feb 11)… ran a personal best time of 2:17.21 at the SoCon Championships in Birmingham, Ala., narrowly missing finals by less than a tenth of a second, to finish ninth overall (Feb 23) … SoCon Academic All-Conference. 

2011 Cross Country 
Set a personal best time in 5,000m at the 2011 Southern Conference Championships in Charleston, S.C., running a time of 19:56 to finish 85^th (Oct 29) … part of the women’s team that won the 2011 SoCon Cross-Country team Championship …  named Academic All-Conference.

2011 Outdoor Track
Set a personal-best in the 800 meters at the Wake Forest Open after running a 2:19.23 … came in 17^th place at the Duke Invitational in the 1,500 meters as she set a personal-best time of 5:03.32 … ran a 2:21.37 in the 800 meter prelims at the SoCon Championships to finish in 15^th place … posted a 2:24.26 in the 800 meters to finish in 11^th place … ran the 1,500 meters in a time of 5:14.11 at the Raleigh Relays.

2010-11 Indoor Track
Was a member of the distance medley relay team that won the Southern Conference title with a time of 11:55.95 … posted a team-best time of 3:08.47 in the 1,000 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational … also ran a 3:11.70 in the 1,000 meters to finish in third at the Liberty Open … came in 11^th in the 800 meters at the Niswonger Invitational by running a personal-best time of 2:23.71 … also ran a 2:26.66 in the 800 meters at the SoCon Championships. 

2010 Cross Country
Ran a season-best time of 20:49.0 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge … opened the season by finishing in seventh at the Guilford College XC Carnival with a time of 22:09 … ran a 22:30.6 in the 5k at the Greensboro XC Invitational … also ran a 22:31 at the Elon Invitational.

High School
Earned six varsity letters in track and four in cross country during her four seasons running for coach Jason Rogers at North Point High School … helped her team to a state championship in outdoor track as a junior … holds the school record in the 800 meters (2:18.01), mile (5:33.04) and was a member of the record-setting 4x800 team … was named all-conference in the 800 meters, 4x400 meters and the 4x800 meters … helped lead her team to runner-up honors at the conference championship in cross country as a senior and junior … was a member of the National Honor Society … also played two seasons of basketball.
