2011-12 XC:  Opened her season with a seventh place overall finish at the Guilford XC Carnival, covering the course in 21:26 (Sept 3)… ran a season best 6,000 meter time of 24:56 at the Panorama Farms Invite to finish 71^st overall (Oct 14)… set another season best, this time in the 5,000 meters at the Southern Conference Championships, crossing the line in 19:03 (Oct 29).

2010-11: XC: Earned SoCon Academic All-Conference honors for the cross country season … won the individual title at the Guilford College XC Carnival in the 5k with a time of 19:59 … finished in 27^th at the Greensboro XC Invitational with a time of 21:47.8. Indoor: Set a new personal-best in the 800 meters after running a 2:23.11 at the Tiger Paw Invitational … posted a season-best time of 3:20.64 in the 1,000 meters to finish in ninth at the Liberty Open … ran a season-best 5:18.63 in the mile to finish in 15^th at the SoCon Championships … finished in 16^th at the SoCon Championships in the 800 meters after running a 2:24.11 … also ran a 2:25.53 in the 800 meters at the Niswonger Invitational. Outdoor: Posted a new personal-best in the 1,500 meters by eight seconds at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational with a time of 4:48.14 to finish in 11^th place … set a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the Wake Forest Open after running a 10:59.25 … came in 12^th place at the SoCon Championships in the 1,500 meters after running a 4:49.11 … also ran a 5:12.24 in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Invitational.

2009-10: XC: Earned fall SoCon Academic All-Conference honors … ran a season-best time of 18:59 at the Wake Forest Relays … teamed up with Sherrika Jordan at the relays to finish in fifth place with a combined time of 37:35 … clocked a 19:27.0 at the Charlotte Invitational … also ran a 19:41.19 to finish in 18^th at the USC Upstate Invitational. Indoor: SoCon winter Academic All-Conference honors … nearly broke a personal-best time in the mile at the Mountaineer Open with a time of 5:30.78 … also ran a 5:30.83 in the mile at the SoCon Championships … clocked a 3:15.57 in the 1,000 meters at the Tiger Paw Invitational … at the Niswonger Invitational, she ran an 11:10.94 in the 3,000 meters. Outdoor: Earned SoCon spring Academic All-Conference honors … set a new personal-best in the 800 meters at the SoCon Championships with a time of 2:18.25 … also set a personal-best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:56.36 at the Duke Twilight … ran a 2:20.11 in the 800 meters at the Duke Twilight … clocked a 2:20.61 at the Wake Forest Open in the 800 meters.

2008-09: XC: Ran a season-best 19:29.48 in the 5k at the SoCon Championships which was eight seconds off her personal best ... Ran a 25:55.7 in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships ... finished the Eye Opener Invitational in 20:24 ... Indoor: Set a new personal-best in the 400 meters at the Liberty Invitational with a time of 1:04.55 which is the second-fastest in school history ... Ran the fourth-fastest time in school history and a new personal-best with a 2:23.55 in the 800 meters at the Carolina Invitational ... Finished the mile in 5:16.80 at the SoCon Championships which is the third-fastest in school history ... Outdoor: Set the fourth-best time in the 800 meters at the Duke Invitational with a time of 2:21.63 ... set a new personal-best in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Invitational with a time of 5:00.16 ... Broke her previous personal-best in the 3,000 meters with a 10:45.69 at the UNC Invitational.

2007-08: XC: Top Spartan at the Campbell Cross Country Invitational, placing sixth and finishing the 4K course in a time of 15:47 ... finished 18th out of 70 runners at the Winthrop Asics Invitational, clocking a 5K time of 19:21 ... ran a 5K time of 20:04.36 at the Southern Conference Championships ... covered the 6K course at the Colonial Inter-Regional in a season-best time of 24:39.8 ... Indoor: Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 1,000 meters at the Liberty On Track Open with a time of 3:09.35, a program record ... clocked a season-best 800-meter time of 2:26.98 in the prelims at the SoCon Championships ... ran the mile at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic, crossing the finish line in a time of 5:30.45...
