UNCG tennis to host ITA Summer Circuit stop this weekend
GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG's men's and women's tennis teams are hosting an ITA Summer Circuit stop at the UNCG Tennis Courts from Saturday through Monday.
The ITA Summer Circuit is designed for college and junior players, with four events in each of the eight regions. UNCG's leg is the final stop on the tour's Mid-Atlantic swing, following tournaments at Virginia Tech, Mary Washington and North Carolina.
The field at UNCG's stop will include 131 players competing in men's and women's singles and doubles. UNCG will be represented by rising sophomores Dilara Yurtkuran and Devon Sutherland of the women's team and rising redshirt freshman Jimmy Roueche and incoming freshman Will Kent of the men's team.
