UNCG finishes the weekend with 16-4 mark in Spartan Doubles Challenge
GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG's three doubles teams went 7-1 on Saturday to finish the weekend with an impressing 16-4 mark for the weekend to close out the Spartan Doubles Challenge.
Niltooli Wilkins and Alex Whitehead were declared the winning duo in the Navy Group, while Dilara Yurtkuran and Devon Sutherland were the winners of the Gold Group. Scoring system was based on two points for a win in the main draw and one point for a win in the backdraw. Teams were allowed to change their doubles pairing from Friday to Saturday.
UNCG returns to action Thursday when they begin play in the ITA Carolinas Regional.
