Cloer's win highlights UNCG's final day at UNCW Fall Invite

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Britney Cloer rallied to beat Furman's Jennifer Betts in singles action to highlight UNC Greensboro's final day of action at the UNCW Fall Invitational Tournament on Sunday.

Cloer, a sophomore from Hendersonville, NC, lost the opening set to Betts, 6-4, before winning the second set, 6-4, and a 10-point tie-breaker by a resounding 10-1 score.

The Spartans will play next weekend at the UVA Fall Invitational.
