UNCG falls to No. 32 Indiana, 7-0, in women's tennis action

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Indiana University, the 32nd-ranked women’s tennis team in the country, handed UNC Greensboro a 7-0 loss in action played at Wake Forest University on Sunday afternoon.

The Hoosiers moved to 8-2 on the season by sweeping all six singles matches in straight-sets and defeating the Spartans in all three doubles’ pro-sets. UNCG, losing to a ranked opponent for the second time in the spring season, fell to 2-3 on the season.

The Spartans open Southern Conference play next Saturday when they host Wofford at 12 noon.
