LYNCHBURG, VA – UNC Greensboro evened its spring record at 2-2 on Saturday night with a 5-2 win over Liberty in women’s tennis action.
UNCG’s Lisa Suggs picked up a three-set win in singles’ action while Erica Zabkar and Lourdes Moran earned easy straight-set victories. Suggs also teamed up with Emily Wade to also earn a 9-8 doubles’ victory, winning the tie-breaker by a 10-5 score.
The Spartans return to action on Sunday, February 19 when they face Indiana in a match to be played at Wake Forest.
