UNCG women's soccer announces spring schedule

GREENSBORO, NC – UNC Greensboro women's soccer coach Eddie Radwanski announced the Spartans' 2009 spring schedule Tuesday. UNCG will have two home dates on the slate.

The Spartans, who won their third straight Southern Conference regular-season championship in 2008, will kick off the spring campaign with games against Duke and South Carolina at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC, on Feb. 28 at 11 a.m.

Exactly one month later, UNCG will host NC State at 7 p.m. on March 28. Duke will then come to town for a game at the UNCG Soccer Stadium at 7 p.m. on April 1.

The Spartans take to the road to face Davidson at 1 p.m. on April 5, and will wrap up the spring schedule with a 7-a-side tournament at UNC Wilmington on April 18.
