UNCG 10th entering Sunday's final round at The Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. -  UNC Greensboro moved up to 10th place with three golfers in the Top 30 after two days of play at The Landfall Tradition women’s golf tournament.

Annelie Weimenhog moved up to 22n d place with her second consecutive round of 78 on Saturday. Gabby DiMora and Ashley Mylton are both tied for 29th place, three shots behind Weimenhog. DiMora shot an 82 on Sunday, while Mylton shot a 79.

Michigan State’s Sara Brown recorded the only sub-par round of the day, a three-under 69, to take over the individual lead. She has a four shot lead over Virginia’s Leah Wigger. Virginia leads the team standings with a 36-hole total of 596, 11 shots ahead of Michigan State.

The third and final round gets underway with tee-times beginning at 9:12 am Sunday.
