UNCG third after two rounds at Nittany Lion Invitational

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Gabby DiMora fired a second-round 76 on Saturday to put her into a three-way tie for eighth place individually and help her UNC Greensboro team to a third-place standing after 36 holes at the Nittany Lion Invitational.

UNCG is in third place with a score of 635, 14 shots behind tournament leader and host Penn State. Washington is second at 629. Yale is fourth with 636, followed by Rollins at 639.

DiMora is five shots off of the individual lead. Penn State’s Evelyn Paik sits atop the individual leaderboard after shooting a 75 on Saturday to gain a two-round total of 151. She is two shots ahead of teammate Brittany Fisher. UNCG’s Ashley Mylton is in a tie for 11th place. Mylton shot a 77 on Saturday to sit six shots off the lead.

The third round will get underway at 8 am on Sunday.
