UNCG's women's basketball game at Samford postponed to Tuesday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – UNCG's women's basketball game at Samford, originally scheduled for Monday at 1 p.m. Eastern, has been postponed to Tuesday at 1 p.m. due to snow and ice in the Birmingham area.

The contest will feature two of the top teams in the Southern Conference. First-place UNCG brings an 8-6 overall record and 5-1 league mark into the contest, while the Bulldogs, the preseason SoCon favorites who are ranked No. 22 in the latest CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25, are 11-4 overall and 4-2 in the league, tied for third.
