Sunday's softball game against Furman moved to 2 p.m. start

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Game three of UNCG's Southern Conference series against Furman at the UNCG Softball Stadium has been moved to a 2 p.m. start Sunday in an attempt to miss the rain predicted to hit the Greensboro area early in the day.

UNCG (12-15, 3-2 SoCon) and Furman (11-15, 5-3 SoCon), who split Saturday's doubleheader, had been slated for a 1 p.m. start Sunday, but with the forecast calling for temperatures in the 30s and a 70 percent chance of rain in the morning, the contest was pushed back an hour.
