2008-09: XC: Came within just nine seconds of breaking his personal-best time by running a 26:27 in the 8k at the Asics Winthrop Invitational ... finished the 8k at the Blue Ridge Open in 26:28 ... set a new personal-best in the 10k at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a time of 35:34.0 ... ran the 8k at the Southern Conference Championships in 26:41.65 ... Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 4:27.50 in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships ... also set a season-best time at the SoCon Championships by running the 3,000 meters in 9:03.37 ... finished the 3,000 meters at the Niswonger Invitational in 9:16.30 ... Outdoor: Set a new personal-best time in the 1,500 meters at the UNC Invitational with a time of 4:03.53 ... Indoor: Recorded Top-20 finishes in all five races, including three in the mile ... raced a career-best 4:23.12 and placed ninth in the mile at the Chick-Fil-A Carolina Invitational ... also placed ninth in the mile at the Liberty On Track Open ... took 16th in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 4:28.77 ... set a personal record in the 3,000 meters at the SoCon Championships, running  8:49.29 and placing 10^th ... raced 8:52.09 and placed 18th in the 3,000 meters at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic ...
