Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 4:27.50 in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships ... also set a season-best time at the SoCon Championships by running the 3,000 meters in 9:03.37 ... finished the 3,000 meters at the Niswonger Invitational in 9:16.30 ... Outdoor: Set a new personal-best time in the 1,500 meters at the UNC Invitational with a time of 4:03.53 ... Came within just two seconds of breaking his personal-best time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the SoCon Championships with a time of 9:25.24 where he earned All-SoCon honors ... set a personal-best with a time of 15:48.18 in the 5,000 meters at the SoCon Championships ... ran a 4:05.97 in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Twilight.

2007-08: XC: Clocked a career-best 8K time of 26:18 at the Blue Ridge Open, finishing 65th out of 218 runners... had a 12th-place showing at the Winthrop Asics Invitational, running the 8K in a time of 27:04... placed ninth at the Campbell Cross Country Invitational with a 5K time of 16:25... Indoor: Recorded Top-20 finishes in all five races, including three in the mile... raced a career-best 4:23.12 and placed ninth in the mile at the Chick-Fil-A Carolina Invitational... also placed ninth in the mile at the Liberty On Track Open... took 16th in the mile at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 4:28.77... set a personal record in the 3,000 meters at the SoCon Championships, running  8:49.29 and placing 10th... raced 8:52.09 and placed 18th in the 3,000 meters at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic... Outdoor:  Earned All-SoCon honors with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:28.50... set a new program record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Duke Asics Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 9:23.77 and placed ninth... also finished in the Top-10 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at at the Wake Forest Open (9:33.99, seventh)... raced 4:07.18 in the 1,500 meters at the Tony Waldrop Invitational.
