Men’s Tennis Recruiting Class Ranked In Top 25 Mid-Major Poll
UNCG men’s tennis head coach Thomas Mozur has brought in the top ranked recruiting class in the Southern Conference and the 19th ranked mid-major recruiting class in the country as selected by TennisRecruiting.net for 2012. The Spartans are the only SoCon team ranked in the top 25 as their seven-member class received high marks across the board.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – UNCG’s men finished fifth and its women finished fourth in the final standings of the Southern Conference’s all-sports races. Appalachian State earned the league’s Commissioner’s Cup for excellence in men’s athletics while College of Charleston was awarded the Germann Cup for the best overall women’s athletics program.

Freshman Cameron Smith clinched the match for the Spartans at No. 5.
