Spartans split a pair on second day at Dartmouth

HANOVER, NH – UNC Greensboro split two matches in men's tennis action Saturday, downing Army 6-1 and falling to Binghamton, 5-1.

Against Army, Army won the doubles point by winning two of three matches, but UNCG swept all six singles. Andrey Bubnov, Arsel Kumdereli, William John and Jacob Wright all earned straight-set wins to rally the Spartans from the early 1-0 deficit. Yaroslav Litus and Orcun Seyrek also picked up victories in singles play, both winning in three sets.

UNCG returns to action February 15 when it visits UNC Asheville for a 5 pm match.
