CHAPEL HILL, NC – Freshmen Ryan Lewis and Austin Wilty of the UNC Greensboro men's tennis team lost their singles matches at the 2005 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Mideast Regional Championships Wednesday at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center.
Lewis fell in three sets to Wofford’s Chris Barlow 3-6, 7-5, 6-0, while Wilty lost in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, to Radford’s Arthur Vasarevic.
In tomorrow’s action, UNCG’s Marc Ladouceur will take on Liron Strauss of Wake Forest in the main singles draw at 10 am.
The regional continues through Sunday in Chapel Hill.
