GREENSBORO, NC – For the first time since the preseason, UNC Greensboro has cracked the Top 10 in one of the four national men’s soccer polls.
The Spartans are back in all four national polls this week, receiving a Top 10 slot from College Soccer News. UNCG is No. 10 in College Soccer News’ Top 30, No. 16 in the Soccer Times Top 25, No. 18 in the NSCAA Coaches’ Top 25, and No. 14 in Soccer America.
The Spartans won a pair of games last week, thumping High Point, 6-1, on Wednesday and shutting out College of Charleston, 3-0, on Saturday.
UNCG will face Wake Forest at home on Wednesday night. The Demon Deacons are ranked in three of the four polls this week. Game time is slated for 7 pm.
