Spartans ready for C&F Bank Intercollegiate
GREENSBORO, N.C. - The UNCG men's golf team will travel to Williamsburg, Va., for the C&F Bank Intercollegiate, hosted by William & Mary. The three-day event starts Sunday at The Kingsmill Resort-River Course and will feature 28 teams, including Southern Conference foes Appalachian State and Western Carolina.
This will be UNCG's first competition since Spartan Alex Ehlert was named SoCon Golfer of the Week on March 14 after The Pinehurst Intercollegiate. Ehlert led UNCG to an 11th-place team finish after shooting a 3-over par 219.
Ehlert, Kyle Sonday, Robert Hoadley, Will Almand, and Roy Dixon will compete for the Spartans.

Tournament notes: This is the 35th year that William & Mary will be hosting a spring golf tournament.
