Spartans 11th after two rounds at The Gopher Invitational

WAYZATA, Minn. - UNC Greensboro carded identical rounds of 301 on Sunday to sit in 11th place entering Monday's final round at The Gopher Invitational at Spring Hill GC.
SMU leads the team standings with a score of 575, two shots ahead of Arkansas and tournament host Minnesota.

Ryan Heisey is UNCG top placed individual entering Monday's final round, sitting in a tie for 27th place. Heisey shot a 75 in the morning round, followed by a 73 in the afternoon. He overcame three double-bogeys on the day, two in the first round and one in the second, to sit at four-over par.

Minnesota's Ben Pisani is the individual leader at 136. He has a one shot lead over SMU's Kelly Kraft.

The final round gets underway Monday at 8 am with tee times off both No. 1 and No. 10 tees. UNCG begins in the 9:10 group off of No. 10.
