Heisey medalist as UNCG reserves play at Pfeiffer Invitational in men’s golf action

NEW LONDON, N.C. – Freshman Ryan Heisey won the individual title as the UNC Greensboro men’s golf team finished fourth at the Pfieffer Invitational.

Heisey picked up his first win of his collegiate career by shooting a final round 70 after firing a 72 and 70, respectively, in the first two rounds on Monday.

David Heyen finished seventh, individually. The freshman shot a 74 in Tuesday’s final round after shooting 75 and 72 in Monday’s first two rounds.
