Special pre-sale for UNCG men’s basketball season ticket holders begins Monday

GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG is offering a new benefit to men's basketball season ticket holders beginning this season with a pre-sale window starting Monday at 10 a.m. to purchase additional individual game tickets.

The pre-sale, which is available to season ticket holders for the 2010-11 UNCG men's basketball season, will take place in a three-day window from Monday (Oct. 18) to Wednesday (Oct. 20). Season ticket holders can purchase additional individual game tickets for their friends and family beginning at 10 a.m. Monday through 11:59 p.m. Wednesday via ticketmaster.com. All pre-sales are being handled through Ticketmaster online.

UNCG men's basketball season ticket benefits for the 2010-11 season include reserved parking, premium seat locations, UNCG women's basketball season tickets (subject to availability), special promotions and merchandise special offers, as well as this limited time pre-sale of single-game tickets.

Fans are encouraged to secure a seat for all 15 home games at the Greensboro Coliseum with the purchase of season tickets right away, so that they are able to take advantage of the pre-sale on Monday. Season ticket packages start at $99 in the upper level and $149 in the lower level.

UNCG's 2010-11 men's basketball schedule features home games against four ACC opponents including defending national champion Duke and a renewed rivalry with North Carolina A&T.

"Gimme 5" Packs are also on sale now. Those packages allow fans to get tickets for the Dec. 29 game against Duke, plus another ACC opponent (Miami, Virginia Tech or Florida State) and three more home games of their choice. "Gimme 5" packs can be purchased now to secure some of the best seats starting at $45 per package.
