2012: Played and started 50 games, making 48 appearances at first base … compiled a team third-best .291 average with a squad second-best 60 hits in 206 at bats … ended the season with 28 runs scored, 11 doubles, two triples, five home runs and a team-high 38 RBI … led the team defensively with 389 putouts in 409 chances while also recording a .985 fielding percentage … had a hand in helping turn a team-high 21 double plays … batted 21 times in the five hole while also making 15 starts at cleanup and 14 batting third … posted 17 multiple-hit games and 10 multi-RBI efforts … delivered four RBI in games against Eastern Kentucky (3/7) and at Georgia Southern (3/17) … reached base safely in seven of the last eight games of the season.

2011: Redshirted the season.

2010: Played in 52 of the 53 games for the Spartans as a sophomore and made 50 starts as a first baseman … hit .243 on the year with 40 RBI and 28 runs scored … went 2-5 with four RBI, two runs scored and a home run in his first game at UNCG … had grand slams in back-to-back games against Appalachian State … had five home runs, three triples and nine doubles on the season … drew 20 walks on the season … had a season-high five RBI in the win at Appalachian State (4/18) … scored a season-high two runs in six contests … had a season-high three hits against Cleveland State (2/21) and Princeton (3/15) … was fourth on the team with a .402 slugging percentage and had a .327 on-base percentage … finished the year third on the team with 46 hits.

Prior to UNCG:
2009: Played one season at Southeastern Community College for coach Scott Johnson ... earned first-team All-American Division II Junior College honors ... finished the year with a .534 batting average and 56 RBI ... also was named Region X Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year ... hit 15 home runs during the year and had a .952 slugging percentage ... also earned 22 walks during the season. 

Summer Ball:
Played this past summer in Kernersville, N.C. for coach Dale Ijames and the Kernersville Bulldogs.

High School:
Lettered all four years in baseball for coach Brett Harwood at Whiteville High School ... was named all-conference his final two years ... earned all-region honors as a senior as well ... was also a four-year football player ... he earned all-conference and all-county honors during his final two years ... is also an Eagle Scout.
