Baseball to hold walk-on tryouts on Sept. 21
GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNCG baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 3 p.m. Tryouts are open to any current student at UNCG and will be conducted at the UNCG Baseball Stadium.
All interested players must stop by the baseball office and pick up a participation authorization form as soon as possible. In addition, each player will need to provide an updated physical from the past six months, completed sickle cell testing with results and proof of insurance to the UNCG athletic training room. Players must also be registered with the NCAA eligibility center prior to trying out.
All necessary information must be received by the UNCG compliance office by Friday, Sept. 16 in order to participate.
