Madison Area Technical College (2007-09): Spent three years at Madison Area Technical College where he played for coach Mike Davenport ... helped lead his team to a 37-12 record last year as a sophomore with a 9-1 record in conference play ... earned a NJCAA Division II Rawlings Gold Glove Award after posting a .978 fielding percentage as an outfielder ... led the team as a sophomore with a .419 batting average and was second on the team with a .537 slugging percentage ... he added 28 RBI and 39 runs scored on the season ... led the team with 20 stolen bases and was hit by pitch a team-high 17 times ... hit .315 as a freshman with 20 RBI and 27 runs scored ... had two doubles, a triple and two home runs as he had a .424 slugging percentage ... stole 14 bases in 18 attempts during his first season ... was granted a medical redshirt during his second season at MATC.
