Spartans postpone game until Saturday morning

GREENSBORO, NC – UNC Greensboro's game against Samford that was originally scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday has been postponed until 10 a.m. on Saturday morning due to rain in the Greensboro area. The game had previously been moved from 7 p.m. to 2 p.m. in an effort to play the game before inclement weather reached the area.

The Spartans and the Bulldogs will attempt to squeeze in two games beginning at 10 a.m. tomorrow. If the weather holds off, they will play the second game of the doubleheader later in the day.

The two teams will wrap up the series on Sunday with a 1 p.m. game.
