To participate, parents need to turn in the completed reading lists to the school media coordinator by the January 8 deadline. UNCG will receive a database of all kids eligible for the free tickets and all tickets must be secured by contacting the UNCG ticket office at 336-334-3250 and will be waiting at the will call window at the Greensboro Coliseum.

UNCG Athletics And Guilford County Schools Team Up For Reading Challenge
GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNCG Athletics Department and the Guilford County School system has team up in a partnership called Three Million Books that promotes reading to elementary students.
Any Guilford County elementary school student that reads five
books over the holiday break is eligible for a free ticket to the
UNCG men’s basketball game against Furman Sunday, January 20
at the Greensboro Coliseum. Additionally, parents and other family
members will be eligible to purchase additional tickets to the game
for $5.
