REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2019): Finished in the top five of five major statistical categories including games started (1st-15), innings pitched (2nd-68.2), batters struck out looking (2nd-24), wins (3rd-5), strikeouts (4th-57) … ranked 24th among NCAA Division I pitchers in starts (15) … took the mound on 16 occasions for UNCG, making 15 starts along the way … earned the nod in the season-opening series against Quinnipiac (Feb. 15), logging six innings, allowing two hits and two walks, while fanning six Bobcat hitters in the win … tossed one inning against Virginia Tech (Feb. 24) … returned to the mound on March 2 against Penn where he recorded four strikeouts and allowed six hits … followed with five strikeouts, one walk and one run allowed against Princeton (March 8) … went seven innings against Jacksonville (March 16), scattering six hits and two runs while recording six strikeouts … made his first SoCon start of the season at Mercer (March 22) where he picked up his second win as he stuck out three hitters, allowed four runs on eight hits … logged 4.2 innings and had two strikeouts against Western Carolina (March 29) … endured a tough start against Furman (April 5) as he managed two strikeouts and allowed five runs in 1.2 innings … came out of the bullpen two days later against the Paladins, fanning four hitters along the way, to improve to 3-1 on the season … regained his form against George Mason (April 13) as he came through with six strikeouts and allowed two runs in six innings of work, resulting in his fourth win … fanned three Samford (April 18) hitters in five innings … closed out his four-inning outing against The Citadel (April 27) with two strikeouts … emerged with four strikeouts in four innings at ETSU (May 3) … logged seven innings on the mound, finishing with five strikeouts and allowing four hits at VMI (May 11) … combined for five strikeouts and 4.1 innings in his final two starts of the season against Wofford (May 17) and VMI (May 23).

PRIOR TO UNCG: Pitched 116.0 innings with a 2.64 ERA and 95 strikeouts in his senior season … was named the 2018 JUCO WS Most Outstanding Pitcher, Region 8 All Conference, FSCAA All-Tournament Team, FCSAA State Tournament Most Outstanding Pitcher ... helped led the team to win the Junior College National Championship.
