In his second season with UNCG, Greco worked with the goalkeepers helping freshman Chloe Buehler be selected to the SoCon All-Freshman team. Her 87 total saves was good for eighth best in school history. As a team, the Spartans finished with a winning record for the second-straight season earning the No. 5 seed in the SoCon. Also worked individually with All-Conference players Georgia Brown, Rebecca Burrows and Chesney White. White led the team with 15 goals and was named first team All-Conference.

In the spring of 2014, Greco was named interim assistant coach helping the Spartans sign six incoming newcomers for the upcoming season. He also helped setup three UNCG camps (one day and two overnight camps). Greco helped out at the North Carolina camp in the summer of 2014 and the Texas Tech/Top Hat ID clinic.

In the fall of 2013, the Spartans finished 10-6-4 and a No. 3 seed in the Southern Conference. Greco helped coached all aspects of the team, including breaking down film throughout the season. The team picked up two All-Conference honorees in Rebecca Burrows (second team) and Chesney White (second team).

Greco returned to UNCG as a Volunteer Assistant Coach in March 2013 after completing an internship with the Spartans in 2011. He helped with numerous UNCG camps and also took part with the University of Georgia’s youth camps as well.

Before returning to UNCG, Greco was an assistant coach for Cardinal Gibbons high school during the 2012-13 athletic season. Also was the under-10 head men’s soccer coach for Team Boca in Boca Raton, Fla.

Greco was a camp counselor for Cardinal Gibbons high school from 2004-12 helping with training, equipment and motivating players for practice.

Greco completed his bacholer’s of Business Administration as a dual-major in entertainment sports promotional management and business management at Northwood University where he also competed as a student-athlete on the men’s soccer team.
