GREENSBORO, N.C. – The UNCG baseball team plays its penultimate Southern Conference series of the season this weekend, heading to Spartanburg, S.C. for the second time in as many campaigns for three games against Wofford. UNCG holds a commanding 40-13 lead in the all-time series, but the Terriers captured two of three in Spartanburg last season. UNCG has had three conference games cancelled due to inclement weather but sits within striking distance of a top-four spot in the league standings.
