On the bump, freshman RHP Adam Swim (Greensboro, N.C./Northwest Guilford) threw two and two-thirds innings – allowing just one hit.

As for the Navy side, junior outfielder Nick Chapman (Morganton, N.C./Patton) delivered a home run while classmate and outfielder Eric Kalbfleisch (Pilot Mountain, N.C./North Stokes) recorded two hits in three at bats.
