Remainder Of Baseball Series At Davidson Washed Out
DAVIDSON, N.C. – The final two games of the UNCG baseball team’s Southern Conference series at Davidson have been cancelled and will not be made up due to inclement weather leading to unplayable conditions at Wilson Field.
The teams began game two of the set last night before the game was suspended in the middle of the third inning with the Spartans on top 3-1. UNCG has now lost eight games this season due to weather – including a trio of conference contests.
The Spartans return to action Tuesday at Duke. First pitch at Jack Coombs Field is slated for 6 p.m.
