Men’s Tennis Recruiting Class Ranked In Top 25 Mid-Major Poll 07-11-2012

GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG men's tennis head coach Thomas Mozur has brought in the top ranked recruiting class in the Southern Conference and the 19th ranked mid-major recruiting class in the country as selected by for 2012. The Spartans are the only SoCon team ranked in the top 25 as their seven-member class received high marks across the board.

"I am very excited about this incoming freshman class," Mozur said. "This is the first top 20 recruiting class for Mid-Majors of my career. This group is going to work very hard for UNCG and bring youth and enthusiasm to my program."
UNCG welcomes in seven players in the 2012 recruiting class in Will Albright (Greensboro, N.C./Grimsley), Jimmy Daugherty (Australia), James Flynn (Plantation, Fla./American Heritage School), Danny Mack (Lakeland, Fla./Lakeland), Kiran Mani (Brewster, N.Y./Laurel Springs), Gaston Murray (Lake Worth, Fla./Park Vista) and Cameron Smith (Jamestown, N.C./Ragsdale).
