Sophomore (2013-14)
Went 13-8 overall in singles and was a stellar 6-2 against conferecne opponents ... was 10-5 at No. 2 singles in the spring and held a perfect 3-0 mark at No. 1 singles ... was named second team All-Conference in doubles with partner Randy Phillips ... the duo went 11-5 and was 3-2 in conference matches ... In doubles, Doughterty went 17-6 with a 15-4 mark in the spring playing with Phillips, Daniel Mack and Ahmet Sarioglu ... With Sarioglu, they posted a perfect 5-0 record in doubles. 

Freshman (2012-13)
Appeared in 61 matches for the Spartans … named to Southern Conference All-Freshman team and First Team All-SoCon in doubles with teammate Randy Phillips … SoCon Player of the Week, receiving the honor in February … held a 19-11 singles record and went 5-3 in SoCon play … went 24-7 overall in doubles, with two different partners … played 30 matches with Phillips, going 23-7.

High school
Attended Wesley College in Melbourne, Australia from 2004-11 … was on the tennis team from 2005-11 … competed in the Associated Public Schools league for three years … was captain of the team his last season and the representative for the APS team in his third year of selection … received honour colours for tennis three times … he also earned college colours and hour colours for football.
