Peyton Ford
Peyton Ford enters his first season as the volunteer assistant coach at UNCG for head coach Justin Maullin. Ford was a four-year letterwinner for the Spartans and finished his career as the all-time leader in minutes played in a career in goal at 6625:42.

Ford, who is wrapping up his MBA this year, posted 21 shutouts in his career which ranks second all-time and is the top mark the NCAA Division I era for the Spartans. He was named Second Team All-Southern Conference as a junior and senior when he posted 12 shutouts in 35 games.

Ford turned in the best season of his career his junior year as he notched a 0.70 goals against average in 1679:21 minutes played, while posting nine shutouts. He was named the SoCon Athlete of the Month in October of his junior year when he posted a 5-1-1 record with a 0.36 goals against average and six shutouts.

Ford was a two-time Academic All-SoCon selection and was on the SoCon Academic Honor roll for three seasons. He was a nominee for the Senior CLASS Award and was a member of the Golden Chain Society. Also, he was the recipient of the SoCon Postgraduate Scholarship his junior year.
