The Spartans finished five strokes behind sixth place James Madison and six strokes behind fifth place finishers Georgia Southern and Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

“Not the finish we were looking to for the fall season,” said Head Coach Janell Howland. “I’m excited for them to take some time and get refreshed. I expect them to come back rested and rejuvenated and ready to work harder in the spring to achieve the goals that they set as a team.”

Sophomore Keri Kenkel (79-71-75) finished tied for 16th place after carding a three-over 75 in the third round. Kenkel birdied three times against six bogeys on Tuesday.
