2016 (Freshman)
Appeared in nine games, making three starts ... logged a total of 320 minutes on the pitch ... tallied one assist for one point on the season ... took three shots, landing two on goal ... registered her first-career assist in the 4-0 win over Furman (Oct. 2) ... played a season-high 77 minutes against Wofford (Sept. 30).

High School
Attended Howard High School in Ellicott City, Md., where she was a multi-sport athlete... played three years of varsity soccer where she earned All-County honors in 2015, All-State in 2016 and was selected for the State All-Star Game in 2016... was selected to the 2014 and 2015 Crabdraw High Maryland State High All-Star Game for lacrosse and also lettered in basketball for two seasons at HHS... in 2015 she was the leading scorer for the Lions and helped them to a 2014 Maryland State 4A Runner Up finish after winning the 4A Regional Championships... was a member of the National Honor Society

Born August 26, 1998... daughter of Mark and Kara Regal... has two sisters named Sarah and  Madeline who plays lacrosse at Manhattan College... played for ASA Azzurri under head coach Kerri Brimmer since 2012... helped her team to back-to-back-to-back State Cup Championships... majoring in Biology
