GREENSBORO, N.C. – UNCG men’s tennis head coach Thomas Mozur announced the addition of Longwood transfer Warren Bryan (Greensboro, N.C./The Early College at Guilford) to the 2014-15 roster.

“Warren brings good size and a great work ethic to the Spartans men's tennis team,” said Mozur. “I am looking forward to developing Warren's game to new heights.”

Bryan played one season at Longwood at the No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles positions. He finished 6-12 overall with a 3-5 conference record in singles play. In high school, Bryan played four years of tennis for The Early College at Guilford and was named Team MVP for the 2010/2013 seasons. According to tennisrecruiting.net, he was ranked No. 8 in North Carolina and No. 53 in the southeast.

The Spartans are coming off back-to-back 14 win seasons, including a semifinal appearance in the Southern Conference tournament this past year dropping a tough 4-3 match to second-seeded Furman. UNCG also went undefeated at the UNCG tennis courts for the second year in a row.
