CARMEL, IND. - Through the first two rounds of the Crooked Stick Invitational, UNC Greensboro men's golf (307-300) is currently in 13th place as the Spartans are 31-over par. 

The third and final round will take place tomorrow morning and live stats will be available via Golfstat.com. 

UNCG is once again being led by senior Jonathan Brightwell (72-74), as he is currently tied for 15th place. Brightwell began the day even-par in the first round before collecting a two-over 74 in the second round. 

Junior Justin Emmons (77-73) is currently in a tie for 39th place as he is six-over par through the first 36 holes. In the second round, Emmons birdied twice against three bogeys. 

Junior Nick Lyerly (77-74) also carded a two-over 74 in the second round after beginning the day at five-over 77 in the first round. He is in a tie for 42nd place. 

Freshman Jack Marcotte (82-79) is tied for 74th place as he is 17-over for the tournament to date while junior Zack Swanson (81-83) is tied for 76th place. 

Phoenix Invitational Update
The Spartans have four golfers participating in Elon's Phoenix Invitational this week. 

Senior Grant Powell (72-70) -- who is making his season debut -- leads the way for the Spartans as he is tied for 26th place. 

Freshman Symon Balbin (73-70) is one stroke behind Powell and currently tied for 31st place.  

During the first two rounds on Monday, freshman Noah Connor (71-75) is four-over par and tied for 61st place. 

Senior Ben Buben (76-74), meanwhile, is in a three-way tie for 75th place.
