SOPHOMORE (2019): Finished among the top five in three major statistical categories including triples (t-3rd-2), sacrifice bunts (4th-4) and hit by pitch (t-4th-4) … put together the second-longest hitting streak (15 games) of any Spartan hitter on the season, which spanned from March 10 to April 7 … collected his first hit of the slate against Quinnipiac (Feb. 15) as he went 1-for-2 from the plate with an RBI and a stolen base … was 1-for-3 in a meeting with Princeton (March 8) … began his 15-game hitting streak with a 1-for-3 performance against Princeton (March 10), recording an RBI and a run scored … came through with his first of four multi-RBI games against Jacksonville (March 16) as he tallied three RBI after going 1-for-3 from the plate … had his first multi-hit game of the season at Mercer (March 23) … emerged with his first extra-base hit (double) of the season versus Wake Forest (March 26) … responsible for two RBI after recording a triple, finishing 1-for-3 from the plate with a run scored, against Western Carolina (March 30) … had his second double of the season against Furman (April 6) … extended his hitting streak to 15 games against Furman (April 7) as he went 1-for-4 with an RBI … served as the starting catcher against The Citadel (April 27), finishing 2-for-4 from the plate with two RBI, one run and a triple … connected on a double, finishing 2-for-4 from the plate at VMI (May 10) … put together his fifth multi-hit game (2-for-4) as he smacked his lone home run of the season against Winthrop (May 14) … recorded his final hits of the season against Wofford (May 18), finishing 2-for-4 from the plate with two RBI.

FRESHMAN (2018): Appeared in eight games in his first season … recorded seven at bats … Finished with a 1.000 fielding percentage.

PREP: Competed for three seasons at JH Rose High with fellow Spartan Greg Hardison… Two-time Most Outstanding Defensive Award… Hit for a .342 average as a sophomore with two doubles as he was All-Conference honorable mention and a second team All-County performer… As a junior, hit for a .318 average with six doubles earning first team All-Conference honors… Honorable Mention All-County as he led JH Rose to the fourth round of the State Playoffs… As a senior, hit for a .321 average with four doubles, a triple and his first home run… Stole 12 bases on 12 attempts and recorded a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage while being a team captain… In his senior campaign was a second team All-Area and earned All-Conference honors… During the summer, he competed with the Evoshield Canes Coastal 17U team as a catcher and outfielder… Two-time Perfect Game WWBA All-Tournament Team... Member of the National Honor Society (Mu Alpha Theta), National Math Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, National Social Studies Honor Society… Was also a member of SGA, Dream Team Club, Young Republicans and was a sports staff writer for the school newspaper.
