Freshman (2017): Made her collegiate debut against UMass Lowell (Aug. 25), scoring four kills on nine attacks… Earned a block assist in the same match… Tallied her first solo block against Morgan State (Aug. 26)… Tallied a season-best 10 kills against Presbyterian (Sept. 1)… Earned a season-high two assists and eight digs against North Carolina A&T (Sept. 2)… Collected her first service ace against Delaware State (Sept. 2) as UNCG won the Spartan-Aggie Invitational... Recorded a season-best 17 kills in a five-set win over American (Sept. 8)... Hit at a season-best .405 average in the victory over American... Has gone for double-digit kills in four of the last five matches... Went for four blocks in back-to-back matches against American (Sept. 8) and Florida Atlantic (Sept. 9)... 11 kills in two out of three matches in the Tussle in the Triad.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Oswego High… Three-time team Most Valuable Player… Three-time Southwest Prairie Conference… Holds school records in career kills (765), career blocks (149) and career digs (671)… Competed with Sports Performance VP in Aurora, Ill. for four seasons… Middle hitter for three seasons before moving outside… AAU All-American… 2016 Presidents Day Challenge All-Tournament team… Led Sports Performance to 2013-2014 AAU Open Runner-up finishes and third place in the AAU Open in 2015-16… National Honor Society member… High Honor Roll recipient.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Karen Behrends.  Scott played collegiate basketball at Bradley University and USC-Aiken...  She has two brothers, Bradley and Jeffrey...  She plans to major in kinesiology while attending UNCG.
