Florida State (2016): Played in 14 game with five starts as a freshman, all at the designated player position…batted .273 on the season (3-for-11) with one home run, three RBI and three runs scored…made a great double play as a second baseman against LIU Brooklyn (2/13) as she fielded the ball, tagged the runner and tossed to first…also registered her first career hit in that game against the Blackbirds…recorded her first career home run in her only at bat in a FSU win over Bradley on Feb. 26…hit a single and scored a run against UC Davis on March 5…drove in an RBI against NC State on April 10…was hit by a pitch in three straight plate pinch-hit appearances – at Boston College (April 17), at No. 3 Auburn (April 20) and vs. South Carolina (May 21).

High School: Played for Enka High School as a shortstop where the Sugar Jets won the 2015 NCHSAA 3-A State Championship with an undefeated 28-0 record…named a Second Team All-American by MaxPreps, finishing with a .590 batting average with 27 RBIs, six doubles, three triples and six home runs…earned All-Mountain Athletic Conference, All-Region and All-State honors in 2013 and 2014, while being named a Western North Carolina Athlete of the Week in 2014…competed with the Carolina Elite travel ball teams, batting over .400 in each of her final three seasons, including a .526 average in the fall of 2014….excelled academically, earning the Principal Award from Enka, finishing in the top 15 of her senior class and was a member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Born May 1, 1997… daughter of Paul and Violet Palmer... has one older brother; Matthew who plays baseball at Swathmore College (Pa.)
