2017 (Redshirt Junior): Appeared in five games, making one start… Tossed 5.1 innings, striking out five hitters… Gave up six hits and seven earned runs… Season long 2.0 innings of work twice… Worked 2.0 innings, with two strikeouts in the nightcap against Princeton (Mar. 11)… Struck out two hitters in 2.0 innings against Lafayette (Mar. 18)… Got his one start against North Carolina A&T, going 0.2 innings, with a strikeout. 

Junior College: Redshirted at Appalachian State before transferring to Surry CC… As a redshirt-freshman, started 11 games, making three more appearances out of the bullpen… Logged a team-high 65.0 innings…. Logged three complete games… Earned a 4.15 Earned Run Average… Struck out 71 batters… Recorded a season-high 13 strikeouts in a 8-2 victory over New River, allowing just two hits… NJCAA National Pitcher of the Week after throwing a complete game no-hitter against No. 6 Pasco-Hernando State, recording six strikeouts.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner excelled as a two-way player ... hit well over .300 for his high-school career and posted a 4-1 record and 2.89 ERA on the mound as a junior in 2012 ... coached by Gary Nail ... was a member of Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Royals scout teams in 2012 ... played summer ball for Yak Baseball (coach Chris Smith).

Personal:  He is the son of Craig and Judy Tuttle, and has one sister.  Majoring in Kinesiology.
