Important Note
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Spartan Club recognize that points may need to be adjusted. The Spartan Club staff is open to discussing your points and is willing to adjust your points with the proper documentation. Our goal is to get your Priority Point total as accurate as possible.

Initial Point Statements
Initial Priority Point statements have been sent out to
all 2012 Spartan Club members and 2012 season ticket holders
(men’s basketball and women’s basketball). If you do
not receive your initial statement by Tuesday, August 28, please
contact the Spartan Club.
Request For Review
If you believe the points on your initial statement are incorrect, please contact the Spartan Club at 336-334-3576 or via email at jmroach@uncg.edu. The Spartan Club will research your request and reply accordingly. Please include a detailed explanation of the points you believe you are missing.

Important Note

Possible reasons for missing points include, but are not limited
to the following:
1.) Gifts from other individuals or business to
a primary account have not been accounted for.
2.) A donor or season ticket holder has
multiple accounts (i.e. personal account, business account,
spouse’s account, etc.)
3.) An account may exist under a different name, a spouse’s name, business name or nickname.
